Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Return Shipping Costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
  • Prestige Collective is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
